This case study describes an example of successful implementation of Tobacco Dependence Treatment (TDT) policy utilizing the “Addressing Tobacco Use Through Organizational Change” (ATTOC) model; an evidence-based implementation framework that was designed specifically for TDT. The study focuses on Ellis Mental Health’s Clinic and Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) programs, and their journey through the implementation of TDT and tobacco-free grounds utilizing the ATTOC model.
